Shipping and Returns


Your order will ship within 24-72 for findings, and 3-5 days business days for rings, pendants after you place it. (If you have already placed an order you can check your order status through your user account page.) We ship Monday through Friday from Carlsbad, CA.

For your protection, we may require to get your signature at the time of delivery. If there is no secure place for package delivery at your home, it might be a good idea to have your package delivered at work.

Shipping within the United States

We ship USPS priority mail. The flat fee is $5.95 per order. Express shipping is available.


Outside the United States

Gold n Wax gladly accepts orders from all around the world. We ship USPS, shipping rates vary depending on the delivery address for your order, and will be shown at checkout. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country where you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.

Returns for Customized Products

Unfortunately, is unable to accept returns for customized products.

If you purchase customized product online and it is damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order please contact Customer Service at 800 485-1725 within 15 days of receiving your purchase


We will credit your account through your original payment method within 15 days. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Gold n wax), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and then charged for the new item. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
